Mario mushroom candies! Eee! And if I ever eat them all which idk if I will because I want to keep them forever, but if I ever do then I can hide tiny things in there. And a Gollum birthday card that talks and it’s hilariously creepy. XD

I got all excited about mythology and went upstairs to find my copy of the Mabinogion and then just decided to take pics of all my cool mythology books and share with you guys. Lookit how cute the Mabinogion is! So little. <3

And then I have a tiny book called Father Rhine tells his Sagas, yeah idk I just thought it was cute. It doesn’t have an author or ISBN page or any of that stuff. The first like third of it is illustrations and then there are stories. I actually haven’t read any of it. XD

Then we’ve got my heavy-duty books:

Celtic Myth & Magick by Edain McCoy, which is more for pagan/Wiccan reference than just plain mythology but still very useful because it’s like a compendium of gods and goddesses and other characters in Celtic mythology. And then Irish Folk-Tales edited by Henry Glassie. It’s a big ol’ legit collection of Irish stories.

Then there’s World Mythology by Donna Rosenberg. It’s not very in-depth but it gives a nice overview of a wide variety of world mythology, not only Greece and Egypt and Europe but also India, China, Japan, New Zealand, several countries in Africa, several countries in the Americas, Native American myths, and even Canada. And the cover art is gorgeous.

So yeah, I rather like mythology. XD
